Providence College softball player Brianna De La Fuente has been named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll. The announcement follows her performance over the weekend, where she started all five games and achieved a batting average of .438. De La Fuente recorded two doubles, one home run, and drove in five runs. She also posted a .526 on-base percentage and a .700 slugging percentage.

The Friars are scheduled to play their home opener against Georgetown on March 6 at 3:00 p.m. The game will be available for streaming on FriarsLive.
