There was a single gas station in cities across Providence County selling premium gas at the lowest price of $4.25 per gallon in the week ending June 1, according to GasBuddy.com.

The average cost of premium gas in cities within Providence County was $4.31 per gallon.

Of the 72 gas stations in cities within Providence County, six offer premium gas.

The average price of premium gas in Rhode Island was $4.37, compared to $4.38 the week before.
