Former North Providence High School standout Michael Ficocelli’s collegiate team to play for NCAA D3 Baseball Championship starting Friday, May 17

Former North Providence High School player and current Mitchell Mariners first baseman and catcher, Michael Ficocelli, will compete in the NCAA D3 Baseball Championship Tournament.

They begin the tournament as a number three seed against the second seeded Babson Beavers.

The first game is on Friday, May 17.
