Cost of college was unchanged for all students at Paul Mitchell the School-Rhode Island

Tuition and fees were unchanged for 2018-19 at Paul Mitchell the School-Rhode Island, according to recent data from the U.S. Department of Education.

Rhode Island students paid $15,000 to attend the private for-profit school in both the 2017-18 and 2018-19 academic years.

Data shows 77 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 14 students received grants or scholarships totaling $62,342 and 23 students took out student loans totaling more than $178,301.

Including all undergraduates (154), 132 students used grants or scholarships totaling $515,497, and 145 students took out $987,010 in federal student loans.
