The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate David N. Cicilline, Cicilline Committee, refunded $100 to Paul E. Alexander on March 31, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Cicilline Committee has refunded $100 total since Oct. 1, 2020.
