Of the 19,437 people living in Central Falls in 2020, 48.5 percent (9,423) were women and 51.5 percent (10,014) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Providence Reporter.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 544. In the 65 and over age range, there were 967 females and 532 males.
