City seeks RFQs for the sale and construction of affordable, multi-family homes
EAST PROVIDENCE, RI – The City is seeking an affordable housing developer to acquire three (3) City-owned 10,000-square-foot parcels for the development of three (3) two-family dwellings. The two-family dwellings shall be deed restricted for affordable housing.
“The sale of these three lots and the construction of these affordable homes will provide safe, secure affordable housing opportunities for families who are seeking to live in our wonderful city,” Mayor Bob DaSilva said.
