Field Athlete of the Week
 
Jacob Rigoli (Essex, Vt.) - Senior - Plymouth State
Rigoli was named the LEC Field Athlete of the Week after he exploded past the field to win the weight throw with a mark of 17.28 meters, nearly six meters further than the nearest D-III competitor. He added a seventh place showing in the shot put where his heave of 11.26 meters was second among D-III athletes.
 
Track Athlete of the Week
 
Steven Doss (West Warwick, R.I.) - Junior - Rhode Island College
Doss was named the LEC Track Athlete of the Week after he finished first in the 200-meter dash (22.18) among a field of 39 competitors at the University of Rhode Island. His effort established a new program record and ranks No. 8 in NCAA Division III this season. It is the top time in the LEC and New England region.
 
Rookie Field Athlete of the Week
 
Michael D'Amico (Belgrade Lakes, Maine) - Freshman - Southern Maine
D'Amico was named the LEC Rookie Field Athlete of the Week after he placed third in the heptathlon at the Bates Invitational and Multi over the weekend, totaling 3,962 points, which ranks him second in the LEC this season. Following conversions, his 3,986 points rank him 26th in the nation. D’Amico’s day was highlighted by placing second in three in the high jump (1.78m), 60-meter hurdles (9.47 seconds) and pole vault (3.85m).
 
Rookie Track Athlete of the Week
 
Reynaldo Torres (Meriden, Conn.) - Sophomore - Eastern Connecticut
In his first collegiate track & field meet, Torres was named the LEC Rookie Track Athlete of the Week after he finished second in a field of 14 runners in the 800 at Southern Connecticut State University’s William Sutherland III Indoor Track & Field Meet, being was edged by .07 at the tape with his time of 2:02.75. That mark ranks him fifth in the LEC.
 
Relay of the Week
 
Plymouth State 4x200
Senior Justin Shokal (Alexandria, N.H.), freshman Nik Snyder (Pelham, N.H.), junior Brandon Vachon (Ayer, Mass.) and sophomore Christian Oglesby (Penacook, N.H.) put together a fantastic race to win the 4x200 in 1:37.13, which saw Oglesby overcame a deficit in the final 100 meters to secure the win.
